Job summary

INSPIRE is seeking a Director of Operations for The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. The role oversees on-site planning and execution of INSPIRE events, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.

This leadership position includes testing, training, and developing the operations team while collaborating with the Director of Event Technology and Director of Sales on fiscal responsibility, operational risk management, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading operational teams in the AV industry.
• Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of event production and organization.
• Experience with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site event planning and execution to deliver high-quality service.
• Manage inventory and equipment, QC, and CAPEX planning with teams.
• Lead and develop INSPIRE operations staff; conduct reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Sales and Tech leaders.
