Job summary

Inspire Solutions is seeking a Director of Operations to manage on-site planning and execution for INSPIRE events at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. You will lead the operations team, coordinate with sales and tech leaders, and ensure high-quality service and fiscal accountability.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in AV/event operations, strong inventory and staffing oversight, and a focus on safety, standards, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading operational teams in AV/events.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the INSPIRE operations team.
• Oversee on-site event planning, logistics, and execution.
• Collaborate with Director of Event Technology and Director of Sales on budgets and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and inventory across venues.
