Creighton University in Omaha, NE seeks an Assistant Dean for Evaluation & Analytics to oversee the School of Medicine’s data analytics, evaluation strategy, and student assessment. This leader will supervise the Office of Accreditation and Quality Improvement staff and contribute to education research.

The role requires experience in medical education administration, collaboration with university officials, and a commitment to academic excellence and accreditation standards.

Competenze

• Five years’ experience in medical school administrative and leadership roles related to data analytics in the health sciences.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with excellent interpersonal skills and independence.

• Oversee all academic data analytics for the School of Medicine.
• Provide oversight for program evaluation for LCME and ARC-PA standards.
• Coordinate Graduate Medical Education data analytics.
• Lead school-wide program evaluation for university accreditation.
• Collaborate on university-scope data analytics initiatives.
• Supervise staff in the Office of Accreditation and Quality Improvement.
• Participate in faculty and learner pedagogical scholarship and research.
• Lead and guide the Evaluation Committee and governance efforts.
• Support development of outcome evaluation for the School of Medicine Strategic Plan.
