Job summary

Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX seeks an Associate Dean of Assessment, Accreditation and Educational Informatics to lead evaluation, assessment, and research activities within the School of Medicine.

The role manages faculty and staff in the EAR division and collaborates on competency-based assessment models and data dashboards to advance LCME accreditation readiness and continuous quality improvement across campuses.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/EdD with evaluation, assessment, and research in health sciences or medical education.
• Experience with LCME and SACSCOC accreditation.
• At least 3 years of admin/supervisory experience in medical education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evaluation, assessment and research faculty and staff in the Office of Undergraduate Medical Education.
• Collaborate with program leaders to design and implement competency-based assessment models and dashboards.
• Ensure accreditation readiness and CQI processes across campuses.
