Job summary

Creighton University School of Medicine seeks a Program Evaluation Specialist to support curriculum assessment, evaluation, and continuous improvement for PA and MD programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or statistics required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related work experience required.
• Experience with research/survey design preferred.
• Proficiency in statistics and statistical software.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of accreditation concepts (ARC-PA/LCME) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data collection, management, and analysis practices in compliance with accreditation standards.
• Assist in developing and completing reports to support assessment and evaluation practices for PA and MD programs.
• Continuously seek ways to improve assessment processes.
