Job summary

Softprom is seeking a Head of Marketing Unit for CEE & DACH, fully remote across EU. You will build the European marketing unit from scratch, align GTM with global vendors, and lead regional campaigns across seven European countries.

You will manage vendor marketing programs, events, assets, and CRM-driven campaigns, with travel across the region as needed. Strong HubSpot experience and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B IT marketing
• Channel/embedded marketing experience (distributor, SI, or vendor)
• Budget planning and MDF/co‑marketing experience
• Experience organizing partner events in Europe
• Hands‑on with HubSpot or similar CRM
• Experience managing agencies and external production
• Experience launching paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
• Fluency in English (Advanced)
• Knowledge of AI tools for copywriting/analytics/workflow automation
• Residence in an EU country with ability to travel within region

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual European marketing strategy across CEE & DACH
• Manage vendor marketing programs and MDF allocations with ROMI reporting
• Plan and run regional events, partner meetups and joint vendor events
• Lead an Europe-focused Event Marketer and coordinate external agencies
• Oversee localized marketing assets, landing pages, email workflows, and social campaigns
• Grow and segment European B2B partner database in HubSpot and run nurturing campaigns
• Launch and optimize regional digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
• Track marketing performance, attribution, and budget utilization in CRM
