Job summary

Worley Group, Inc in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, USA Estimating to lead the estimating function across the country, ensuring governance, quality, and continuous improvement of the estimating organization.

You will guide senior estimating professionals, drive consistency in methods, and collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Project Delivery, and Sales to deliver high-quality estimates that support growth and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• University degree, or equivalent, in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, business, project management, or a related discipline.
• AACE Certified Estimating Professional, Certified Cost Professional, or comparable professional certification is preferred.
• Formal leadership, management, or business training is desirable.
• Working knowledge of applicable estimating classifications, recommended practices, and industry estimating principles.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the USA Estimating strategy aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing estimating organization through Team Leads and senior estimating professionals.
• Establish accountability, collaboration, and performance expectations across the estimating function.
• Own estimating governance, standards, methodologies, and assurance processes across the USA.
• Lead review and assurance activities for high-value, high-risk, and strategically important estimates.
• Partner with operations, commercial, project delivery, procurement, engineering, and sales leadership to improve competitiveness and execution.
