Job summary

S&B USA Construction seeks a visionary Vice President, Estimating to lead our national estimating organization and shape bid strategies for Bid-Build, Design-Build, CM/GC, and P3 pursuits. You will partner with operations, business development, and finance to deliver high-quality, competitive, and risk-balanced estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in preconstruction and 5+ in construction/operations.
• Proven track record leading estimates for complex projects > $100M; experience with Design-Build and P3/Concessions.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and ability to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a geographically dispersed estimating organization and develop bid strategies.
• Oversee estimating activities for Bid-Build and Alternative Delivery projects.
• Coordinate estimates with operations, BD, engineering, and supply chain.
• Manage client engagement, surety processes, and risk management during pursuits.
• Standardize estimating processes and ensure smooth handoff to operations.
