Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating team: assign projects, balance workloads, set expectations for quality and turnaround.
• Own the estimating process: manage bid schedule from opportunity review to proposal submission, ensure completeness and risk coverage.
• Develop and execute the bid pursuit plan: evaluate opportunities, allocate resources, and adjust priorities with leadership for changing needs.
