Zusammenfassung

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking an accomplished manager to drive capability development and value creation through business technology systems.

You will integrate business knowledge with application proficiency to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver value via technology implementation and platform leverage. The role requires collaboration with Accounting, HR and other managers, offering a mix of technical, application and functional business know-how.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing ERP and HCM systems.
• Preferred experience managing SAP S4/Hana and SuccessFactors.
• A keen knowledge of the Accounting and HR business processes, and how technology can support and improve them.
• Experience leading a team of IT Administrators and / or Analysts.
• Proven communication skills to work with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
• Capacity to examine complex technical issues and find practical solutions.
• Proficiency in project management to plan and execute technology changes and projects related to business systems effectively.
• Ability to adjust to evolving technology trends and changing business needs.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain ERP and HRIS system roadmaps by collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.
• Guide internal and external teams in planning and execution of enterprise application changes.
• Partner with technology vendors and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Oversee technology systems projects including implementations, upgrades, changes and integrations within budgets.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and accessibility while complying with regulatory standards.
• Monitor cloud-based systems performance and implement optimizations as needed.
• Build cases for change and guide adoption of new capabilities across the organization.
• Provide leadership and support to a team of Analysts and Administrators, ensuring growth and redundancy.
