Job summary

Aprio is seeking an Accounting and Implementation Manager to lead restaurant, franchise, and hospitality platform implementations—integrating accounting, operations, and technology across R365, QBO, Sage Intacct, and industry tools.

You will partner with clients and our accounting team to translate complex needs into practical configurations, workflows, and training. This high-impact role requires strong accounting fluency and hands-on ERP delivery. Remote/hybrid options offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/hospitality multi-entity environments
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• 5+ years ERP implementation or accounting-technology experience
• Hands-on with Restaurant365 (R365), QBO and Sage Intacct

Responsibilities

• Lead platform implementations across restaurant, franchise, and hospitality platforms from design through stabilization
• Translate client needs into practical configurations, workflows, and reports
• Configure entities, chart of accounts, reporting, and inventory workflows
• Lead month-end and year-end close with automation where appropriate
• Build and govern master data, testing, and go-live readiness
