Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a seasoned Industry Sales Lead, Head of Industry, Entertainment & Media, to manage a team of Sales Directors and drive revenue growth across Entertainment & Media verticals using both performance and brand solutions.

The role requires leading a team, shaping go-to-market strategies, and engaging with CMOs and agency leaders globally, while representing Yahoo at industry events. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with global client engagements.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise sales or related roles, with at least 6 years leading sales teams.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and cultivating strategic client relationships.
Experience hiring, coaching and retaining top-performing sellers.
Strong understanding of digital advertising trends and competitive landscape.
Experience using AI tools in sales workflow and knowing where human judgement remains essential.
Executive presence with CMOs and agency leadership; capable of representing Yahoo externally.
Established relationships with brands and agencies in Entertainment & Media.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team delivering value to Entertainment & Media clients.
Define and execute a strategy to attract advertisers and drive revenue growth.
Foster client-centric culture, collaboration, and innovation in the team.
Champion adoption of AI tools to increase seller productivity and forecast accuracy.
Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at brands/agencies.
