Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in enterprise sales or related roles, with at least 6 years leading sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building long-lasting client relationships.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and retaining top sales performers.
- Strong business acumen in digital advertising and competitive landscape.
- Experience using AI tools in sales workflows with a clear POV on AI leverage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on Entertainment & Media accounts.
- Define and execute a strategy to attract new advertisers and drive revenue growth.
- Foster client-centric culture and deliver innovative, tailored solutions.
- Champion adoption of AI tools to improve productivity and forecasting.
- Build relationships with CMOs and agency leaders, representing Yahoo externally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform GTM strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to accelerate growth.
- Provide coaching and growth opportunities for talent.
