Job summary

Epsilon is seeking an experienced Vice President of Enterprise Transformation & Architecture to design and deliver next-generation business solutions leveraging Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AI, and enterprise platforms. You will connect SAP, Salesforce, HRIS, Finance, and Supply Chain into a unified data and AI ecosystem, partnering with executives to align technology with business goals.

The role requires deep ERP expertise, strong data/AI architecture skills, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, technology strategy, or business transformation.
5+ years of ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar).
Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer platforms.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end transformation strategies that connect core systems into a unified data/AI ecosystem.
Lead solution definition across Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
Drive platform modernization, architecture governance, and investment decisions.
