Job summary

Epsilon, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Vice President for Enterprise Transformation & Architecture to lead the design of next-generation business solutions. You will align ERP, data, AI, and automation initiatives with enterprise strategy across SAP, Salesforce, HRIS, Finance, and Supply Chain.

You will partner with business leaders, product teams, engineering, data and security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise/solution architecture or transformation.
• 5+ years ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar).
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, APIs, event-driven design, cloud-native solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure data services, lakehouse.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional transformation initiatives from strategy to delivery.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and make evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end transformation roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy and process needs.
• Lead architecture governance, standards, and reference architectures.
• Design scalable data platforms leveraging Databricks, Fabric, and Azure services.
• Identify AI, automation, and intelligent capabilities with measurable value.
• Collaborate with executives and product/engineering teams to deliver results.
