Job summary

Epsilon, a Publicis Groupe company, seeks a Vice President, Enterprise Transformation & Architecture to design and deliver next-generation business solutions leveraging Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, AI, and enterprise platforms.

You will drive end-to-end transformation roadmaps across SAP, Salesforce, HRIS, Finance, and Supply Chain, partnering with business and technology leaders to align investments with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise/solution architecture, technology strategy, or business transformation.
• 5+ years ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Supply Chain, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure data services, and lakehouse architectures.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-functional transformation initiatives.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear architecture recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end business solutions and transformation approaches aligned with strategy.
• Drive automation and tooling decisions using governance and reference architectures.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reusable, and cost-effective.
• Translate complex challenges into roadmaps, target-state architectures, and plans.
• Lead architecture reviews across application, data, integration, cloud, security, and AI domains.
• Partner with executives to align technology investments with business objectives.
