Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Data Engineer Manager to shape the architectural vision for data and AI initiatives. You will work with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

You will lead architecture design, mentor teams, and drive adoption of modern data stack and DevOps practices in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on data quality and security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience with 5+ years in data, analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
• Design end-to-end data and AI architectures with scalable, fault-tolerant solutions.
• Hands-on with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Strong SQL, Python, and data pipeline design for batch, streaming, and real-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture discussions with stakeholders.
• Mentor engineering teams, drive best practices in delivery and security.
• Design data mesh, data products, and observability across platforms.
• Collaborate on governance, CI/CD, and MLOps for production ML models.
