Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding role drives enterprise standards, AI-enabled workflows, and Lean-based improvements across Hire-to-Retire and transactional value streams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with coaching experience preferred.
10+ years in process improvement and transformation in Hire-to-Retire or transactional functions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
Assess current-state processes using observation, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and handoffs.
Establish measurement baselines and improve upstream process conditions.
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve workflows.
Partner with architecture and process owners to align process and technology.
