Job summary

Wings Credit Union seeks a Director of Enterprise Technical Learning to lead strategic training programs for complex financial systems, lending operations, and regulatory compliance. You will align learning with business goals, manage governance and measurement, and partner with senior leaders to drive adoption across locations.

The role demands 8+ years in training/learning with 5+ years in leadership, preferably within regulated financial services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Education, Communications, Psychology or English.
Minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in training/learning and development in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional training initiatives.
Preferred: experience supporting technical systems training and large-scale business change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic design of enterprise training programs for technical systems and lending operations.
Oversee development of learning frameworks, schedules, standards and measurement strategies.
Ensure training content governance, alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
Foster stakeholder relationships and drive adoption of training initiatives across locations.
Manage curricula support, facilitation and delivery of training across multiple modalities.
