Job summary

SBH Fashion seeks a Director of Systems Integration and Data Technology to lead the enterprise systems strategy, architecture, and execution, unifying NetSuite, data warehousing, and integrations to support scalable growth.

You will own the technology roadmap, drive data architecture, and oversee middleware and APIs, partnering with business units to deliver shippable, reliable technology solutions while ensuring best practices and documentation are in place.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise systems, technical leadership, or solutions architecture in a DTC/omnichannel retail environment.
• Experience owning a data infrastructure layer.
• Deep NetSuite expertise including workflows, saved searches, and configuration.
• Strong experience designing and managing integrations using iPaaS tools like Celigo.
• Hands-on with APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Experience defining architectural standards or roadmaps.
• Strong diagnostic, debugging, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Mission: To lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of the brand's enterprise systems ecosystem, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions and ensuring the systems, integrations, and data that power the business are connected, reliable, and built to support long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and day-to-day health of the brand's core enterprise systems, with NetSuite as the system of record.
• Own and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Define the brand's data architecture strategy, including warehousing, reporting infrastructure, and the path toward scalable analytics.
• Lead and build middleware and integration architecture so workflows are structured, visible, and easy to maintain.
• Lead evaluation and selection of new technology platforms with rigor around integration complexity and long-term maintainability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical, shippable solutions.
• Develop and manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, and scripts that support evolving business processes.
• Proactively monitor system performance and integrations; diagnose and resolve issues quickly and precisely.
• Lead system upgrades, releases, and maintenance with minimal business disruption.
• Provide technical oversight to external vendors, agencies, and contractors.
• Establish and maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices; train and support internal users.

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems, technical leadership, or solutions architecture within a DTC or omnichannel retail environment
• Demonstrated experience designing or owning a data infrastructure layer
• Deep NetSuite expertise, including workflows, SuiteScript, saved searches, and system configuration
• Strong experience designing and managing integrations using Celigo or similar iPaaS tools
• Hands on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns
• Prior experience defining architectural standards or technical roadmaps
• Strong diagnostic, debugging, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
