True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Security to lead a team securing our foundations and enabling mission-critical operations. You will set security strategy, mentor engineers, and drive cross‑functional collaboration across IT, DevOps, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience directly managing security engineering teams.
• 7+ years of total experience in information security or related field.
• Experience building/maturing enterprise security programs, OT security, or Linux/enterprise identity security.
• Strong technical understanding of on‑prem and cloud technologies and common vulnerabilities.
• Hands‑on contributor with ability to translate business priorities into security strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Enterprise Security team across enterprise security, vulnerability management, and Linux security.
• Define and drive the enterprise security roadmap across workstations, servers, cloud, and Linux fleet.
• Own vulnerability management program maturity, including SLA adherence and risk-based prioritization.
• Embed security into SDLC and infrastructure‑as‑code workflows with IT, DevOps, and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Represent the team in change reviews and communicate security posture to leadership.
