Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals, a segment of Apogee Enterprises, seeks a Senior Manager of Quality Management Systems to unify and optimize our QMS across multiple metals sites. This role will ensure compliance with industry standards, lead audits, and deploy IT-enabled quality processes that improve daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality and manufacturing.
• Experience in multi-site environments.
• Proven experience developing and managing quality policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise-wide Metals QMS and drive standardized adoption across sites.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Deploy IT solutions to support non-conformance management, CAPA, document control, and internal audits.
• Collaborate with site leadership to address gaps and prepare for internal/external audits.
• Educate employees on QMS requirements and best practices through training.
• Address high-profile quality issues and serve as a quality resource across the business.
