The role drives the modernization roadmap, persona-based experiences, and a hub-and-spoke governance model while guiding BI teams and cross-functional partnerships to deliver trusted insights for executive decision making.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading enterprise BI, reporting, analytics, or data visualization.
• 5+ years of Power BI platform leadership in large-scale environments.
• Proven success delivering platform-based reporting with governance and shared services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the portfolio reporting platform strategy and modernization roadmap.
• Transform reporting from dashboards into persona-based experiences aligned to journeys and workflows.
• Establish governance, lifecycle management, and a Hub-and-Spoke operating model.
• Advise on AI-enabled reporting, conversational analytics, and data storytelling for executives.
• Lead BI teams, partner with product/UX/data/AI groups, and drive measurable outcomes.
