Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise BI, reporting, analytics, or data visualization teams.
5+ years of PowerBI platform leadership in enterprise-scale environments.
Experience building enterprise reporting platforms and reusable capabilities rather than managing individual dashboard delivery.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a clear reporting strategy and modernization roadmap.
Simplify and standardize the reporting ecosystem through reusable platform capabilities and governance.
Lead a Hub-and-Spoke operating model balancing enterprise standards with business flexibility.
Partner with product, UX, and AI teams to shape the future of AI-enabled reporting, conversational analytics, and decision support.
