Job summary

Brother USA seeks a Senior Manager, Portfolio Financial and Resource Management to lead financial planning, resource management and demand governance for the enterprise portfolio in a hybrid work environment. You will partner with Finance, business and technology leaders to optimize investment decisions and deliver data‑driven insights.

This role requires 8+ years in FP&A/portfolio management, plus leadership and strong analytical, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years in portfolio financial management or FP&A.
• 5+ years of leadership or people management.
• Experience with enterprise portfolio budgets, forecasting, and analytics.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment tracking.
• Develop budgets, funding strategies, and investment recommendations.
• Monitor expenditures, financial performance, and budget utilization.
• Create executive dashboards, models, and reports for governance.
• Support governance and risk management for portfolio initiatives.
