Job summary
The Health Care District of Palm Beach County is seeking a senior PMO leader to own and optimize the enterprise project portfolio. You will guide prioritization, governance, and reporting while delivering executive dashboards and high‑visibility initiatives with cross‑functional impact.
You will supervise 2–3 Project Managers, mentor staff, and present to the executive team. A PMP and 8–10 years of experience are required; a master's is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- PMP certification required.
- 8–10 years of progressive project management experience on complex, multi‑stakeholder technology and strategic initiatives.
- Experience building executive dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Experience leading or mentoring project managers.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise project portfolio end to end: intake, prioritization, resourcing, governance, and reporting.
- Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and portfolio reports for the CITO, CEO, and executive leadership.
- Present portfolio status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership; be prepared to discuss any project in the portfolio.
- Establish and enforce PMO standards, methodology, templates, and tooling; drive continuous improvement.
- Direct high-visibility strategic projects with enterprise, executive, or Board-level impact.
