Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Learning and Development to lead a team responsible for instructional design, leadership development, and enterprise-wide learning initiatives across North America. The role partners with business leaders to shape scalable learning solutions, strengthen leadership capability, and foster a high-performing culture.

Hybrid work with relocation support may be available, focusing on Columbus, Indiana or Greene, New York

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in learning and development, organizational development, or talent development.
• Experience leading teams, major programs, or organizational learning initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and implement learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of instructional designers and learning professionals.
• Develop and execute organization-wide learning strategies aligned with TMHNA priorities.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify capability gaps and learning solutions.
• Oversee design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of leadership and organization-wide programs.
• Establish learning standards, governance, and best practices for consistent experiences.
• Guide deployment of scalable learning solutions and facilitate capability modeling.
• Monitor learning effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance data.
• Manage departmental priorities, budgets, vendor relationships, and operations.
• Stay current on learning technologies and adult learning methodologies.
