Job summary

Marotta Controls, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to shape enterprise learning strategies and governance across the organization. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, partnering with business leaders to drive capability and readiness.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience building enterprise learning strategies in regulated technical environments.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and workforce solutions.
• Design enterprise learning solutions: competency models, onboarding, leadership development.
• Establish and manage LMS, governance, documentation, knowledge management, and reporting.
• Strong business acumen with program management across cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning strategy to promote scalability and readiness.
• Oversee Marotta University governance for learning strategy and curriculum.
• Improve enterprise learning architecture with competency models and career paths.
• Establish enterprise standards for technical documentation and SOPs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with leaders.
• Administer LMS, analytics, and learning experience for continuous improvement.
• Maintain policies and facilitate selected learning programs.
