Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) is seeking a Sr. Manager Enterprise Architecture to helm enterprise IT solutions and system architecture initiatives across the organization in a hybrid Columbus, IN / Greene, NY setting.

You will define the enterprise architecture roadmap, govern standards, and drive cloud adoption and modernization while partnering with business leaders to deliver value and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field.
• 10+ years of strategic planning and business analysis experience.
• Experience in at least three disciplines: business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, data management or operations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a Solution Architecture team supporting SAP, Microsoft apps, Azure, integrations, and custom-built solutions.
• Govern Enterprise Architecture standards, taxonomies, processes, and best practices.
• Translate business strategy into technology strategy with roadmaps for cloud adoption and modernization.
• Develop and evolve architecture models for processes, data, applications, and technology.
• Define architectures across enterprise, solution, development, runtime, and operations domains.
• Promote service-oriented, cloud-based, and integrated solution architectures for automation and efficiency.
• Provide architectural leadership across programs and projects to ensure alignment with standards and objectives.
• Lead research, evaluation, modeling, and communication to support informed decisions.
