Reser's Fine Foods in Beaverton, Oregon seeks a Director of Learning and Development to lead enterprise learning strategy, programs, and a multi-disciplinary team. You will drive professional, leadership, technical, and skills-based training aligned with business goals across operations and corporate functions.

The role emphasizes building robust L&D programs, measuring impact, and partnering with site leadership and IT to ensure effective adoption of key enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of learning and development experience including program design, delivery, evaluation.
• 5+ years of management experience leading learning teams.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred with production-floor training.
• Experience partnering with Operations and site leadership.
• Experience supporting technical training for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise L&D strategy, programs, and team across professional, leadership, technical, and skills-based training.
• Coach and guide L&D staff, manage priorities and align with business needs.
• Build relationships with management to identify training needs and address skill gaps.
• Oversee skills-based training with safe, consistent production training.
• Develop professional/leadership training to strengthen capability and career growth.
• Partner with IT and system owners for enterprise system training and adoption.
• Assess learning needs with leaders to align programs with goals.
• Design and improve training materials, paths, and delivery methods for diverse audiences.
