Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and data center operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, change management, and cybersecurity.
• Government or municipal IT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisory functions: recruiting, hiring, staffing, performance management, training.
• Oversee 24/7 infrastructure reliability, monitoring, backups, and OS upgrades.
• Direct Service Desk, network and security operations to ensure incident response.
• Develop and maintain hybrid cloud strategy and cost governance.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement governance.
• Create SLAs and collaborate with development teams on IT architecture.
