Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with senior executive supervision.
• Experience managing large technology budgets and vendor governance in a public sector environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology strategy across applications, security, infrastructure, and digital services.
• Represent BCIT in executive and legislative engagements and manage budget discussions.
• Drive security governance, architecture standards, and modernization efforts across city tech.
• Ensure continuity of operations and resilient technology platforms for resident services.
