SolutionHealth is seeking a Manager, Integration & Enterprise Imaging to lead delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration services and imaging platforms across the organization.

You will oversee HL7/FHIR integrations, PACS, and imaging workflows, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure high availability and secure data exchange while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire and ServiceNow Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 7 years IT/healthcare IT experience with 3+ years in service/platform management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead services, applications, platforms, and teams to support safe, high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
• Own health, reliability, availability, and performance of assigned services per portfolio priorities.
• Provide leadership for enterprise integration platforms and imaging infrastructure (HL7, FHIR, API interoperability, PACS).
• Coordinate with hardware/software vendors for maintenance, bug fixes, upgrades.
• Design, develop, and support interfaces across EHR, imaging systems, and ancillary apps.
• Lead incident response for integration/imaging incidents with rapid triage and escalation.
• Ensure Major Incident Management for clinical systems and imaging workflows.
• Drive automation of integration workflows and data exchange processes.
• Optimize monitoring, alerting, routing, and error handling for reliability.
• Lead and coach teams, foster accountability, engagement, and learning.
