Job summary

Major League Soccer is seeking a Director of Enterprise Hospitality & Event Ticketing to lead hospitality strategy and execution across MLS and SUM properties. You will oversee premium guest experiences, ticket sourcing, allocation, fulfillment, and reconciliation for marquee events, and manage international hospitality for Leagues Cup, Campeones Cup, and MexTour.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of event production, ticketing, and B2B experience.
• Strong event management, hospitality, and ticketing experience.
• Experience managing contractors, agencies, vendors, budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of MLS/SUM hospitality programs and marquee events.
• Oversee ticketing across tentpole events and allocate tickets.
• Manage international event hospitality with contractors and vendors.
