Job summary

Major League Soccer in New York is seeking a Director, Enterprise Hospitality & Event Ticketing to lead hospitality strategy, planning, and execution across MLS/SUM properties, including tentpole events. You will oversee ticketing management, partner with internal/external stakeholders, and ensure programs align with enterprise priorities.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong leadership in large-scale hospitality and ticketing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of relevant event production, ticketing, and B2B experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of MLS/SUM hospitality programs, including marquee events and B2B opportunities.
• Oversee tentpole event ticketing, sourcing, allocation, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate international event hospitality programs and contractor support.
• Manage cross-functional planning with internal departments, Clubs, venues, and partners.
• Oversee vendor, staffing, and agency management; negotiate contracts.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and post-event recaps.
• Guide guest experience, communications, and gifting strategies.
• Track budgets, risks, and milestones; provide leadership updates.
