Job summary

090 OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND ENTERPRISE SERV is seeking a Director of Enterprise Governance to lead enterprise technology governance and coordinate statewide technology services. You will establish frameworks, standards, and performance metrics to ensure consistent delivery, risk management, and audit readiness.

The role requires developing governance processes, overseeing architecture, service management, and continuity planning, with a focus on improving efficiency and maximizing technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in IT governance, enterprise architecture, IT service management, technology operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing technology programs, developing operational processes, implementing governance standards, or leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives to align technology systems with statewide business needs and standards.
• Establish and maintain architecture standards and guidelines for interoperability and scalability.
• Collaborate with agencies to evaluate technology solutions and support informed decisions.
• Oversee IT service management practices and the ServiceNow platform to improve service delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement through established processes and performance measures.
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning for OMES technology systems.
