Job summary

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) in Oklahoma State Government seeks a Director of Enterprise Governance to lead enterprise technology governance, architecture, ITSM, and risk management to ensure reliable, accessible, and coordinated technology services across state agencies.

You will establish frameworks and performance measures, oversee ServiceNow, configuration management, and FinOps, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring audit readiness and accessibility for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, CS, or related field.
• Three to five years of IT governance, enterprise architecture, or ITSM experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives aligned with statewide business needs.
• Oversee ITSM practices and the ServiceNow platform to improve service delivery.
• Oversee configuration management to maintain accurate asset inventory.
• Lead FinOps and technology value management initiatives.
• Ensure accessibility and quality of digital products and services.
• Coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Develop governance frameworks, standards, and performance measures.
