The State of Oklahoma, through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES), seeks a Director of Enterprise Governance to lead enterprise technology governance and programs that ensure reliable, accessible, and coordinated technology services across state government.

You will establish frameworks, standards, and performance measures, oversee risk management and audit readiness, and drive continuous improvement across architecture, ITSM, and operations for optimized technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, business administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT governance, enterprise architecture, ITSM, technology operations, or related field.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and supervisory responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives aligning systems, data, applications, and infrastructure with statewide needs.
• Oversee IT service management practices and the ServiceNow platform to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Oversee configuration management to maintain accurate inventory and dependencies between assets.
• Direct FinOps and technology value management to monitor costs and maximize value.
• Oversee quality assurance and accessibility initiatives to ensure usable, accessible digital products and services.
• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning for OMES technology systems and services.
