Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Events to design and deliver invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives at clients and prospects, hosted by our CEO and leadership teams. You will own each event from concept through on-site hosting, including venue selection, vendors, invitations, guest lists, and budgets.

Based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), this remote role includes regular travel to host events in the US and abroad, with ROI measurement and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Experience producing invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers.
• Experience running US-based B2B buyer events.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute executive events end-to-end (concept, venue, vendors, run-of-show, hosting).
• Manage invitation strategy, guest lists, RSVPs and attendance targets.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, venues, hospitality and vendors; track costs per attendee.
