BairesDev is hiring a Head of Enterprise Events to run a program of invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives at our clients and prospects, hosted by our CEO and account teams. You will own each event end to end: concept, venue, vendors, invitation strategy and guest list, budget and contracts, and on-site hosting.

The role is remote, based in the US or Canada (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to host events in the US and abroad.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events at B2B firms.
• Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10–50 guests).
• Experience running events for US B2B buyers and cross-border events.
• Experience producing events with CEO or senior executives as host.

Aufgaben

• Design and produce signature executive experiences end to end, hosted by our CEO or executives.
• Set invitation strategy with senior leaders and build guest lists with commercial teams.
• Manage budgets, contracts and vendors including venues and hospitality.
• Measure results by attendees and pipeline; report ROI to marketing and sales.
• Build the annual signature events calendar and a reusable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
