BairesDev is seeking a Head of B2B Events to design and run invitation-only experiences for senior technology executives, hosted by the CEO and account teams. You will own concept, venue, vendors, invitation strategy, guest list, budget, and on-site hosting, delivering measurable ROI.

The role is remote, US- or Canada-based (Pacific Coast preferred), with regular travel to host events in the US and abroad, and requires strong leadership, US B2B event experience, and a track record of

Competenze

• 6+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in B2B event marketing or corporate events.
• Personally produced invitation-only experiences for C-level and VP buyers (10-50 guests).
• 4+ years running events targeting US B2B buyers.
• Experience producing international or destination events.
• Experience producing events with a CEO or senior executive host.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in the US or Canada; Pacific Coast preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Design and produce BairesDev's signature executive experiences end to end.
• Set invitation strategy and build guest lists with commercial teams.
• Manage budgets, contracts, venues, and vendors; negotiate terms.
• Measure results via attendees, follow-ups, and pipeline; report ROI.
• Create annual events calendar and repeatable playbook.
• Travel regularly to host events in the US and abroad.
