Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise End User Support Services to lead a comprehensive, secure technology experience for associates across corporate offices, stores, and distribution centers.

The role manages the End User Services operating model, including VIP and support teams, endpoint lifecycle, and modern workplace tools. You will partner with senior leaders and vendors to ensure reliable, scalable support, strong security, and continuous improvement across the

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive IT experience, including 7–10+ years in End User Support and IT service delivery in a large enterprise.
• Proven experience leading Executive/VIP support, Service Desk, Desktop, Field Support and endpoint lifecycle programs.
• Experience supporting distributed, multi-site environments including stores, offices, and remote users.
• Strong partnering with senior leadership and business stakeholders to align services with priorities.
• Working knowledge of modern workplace platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, SCCM, AirWatch, MDM) and IT security basics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the End User Services strategy and roadmap aligned to Burlington’s priorities.
• Lead enterprise Service Desk, Desktop and Field Support operations across locations.
• Own leadership for Executive/VIP support and incident communications.
• Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, device readiness, and modern workplace technologies.
• Define standardized support models, escalation paths, and operating procedures.
• Measure CSAT, MTTR, SLA performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams for governance and optimization.
