Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Data & Intelligence to lead the global data strategy, architecture, and operating model. You will partner with AI, analytics, and digital teams to enable trusted data foundations for enterprise reporting and AI initiatives.

The role emphasizes governance, enterprise platform leadership, and partnerships with MSPs and internal teams to deliver measurable business value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive leadership experience in Enterprise Data/Analytics/Bi within life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience leading enterprise data platform implementations utilizing modern cloud technologies.
• Experience building enterprise capabilities through internal teams, MSPs, and strategic partners.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience managing enterprise budgets, technology investments, vendor relationships, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Excellent strategic planning, communication, and vendor leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment plan for Enterprise Data & Intelligence.
• Evolve an enterprise operating model balancing centralized data platforms with business-owned analytics.
• Lead strategy, architecture, and evolution of the enterprise data platform for reporting, analytics, and AI readiness.
• Establish governance, data quality, stewardship, and information management across the organization.
• Build the Enterprise Data & Intelligence function with MSP-first operating model and internal capability growth.
