Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 18+ years of enterprise data and analytics leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a Director/VP-level role within financial or professional services.
• Hands-on strategic leadership of a Microsoft Fabric modernization.
• Experience shaping data investment decisions with C-suite leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data and analytics strategy end-to-end with C-suite partnership.
• Lead modernization of legacy platforms to Fabric-based Lakehouse architecture.
• Shape Azure and Microsoft ecosystem strategy for performance and scalability.
• Establish firm-wide KPI and executive analytics experience for leadership decisions.
• Set data governance, quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Build and lead a high-performing data organization.
