Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics Strategy to define how a billion-dollar professional services firm competes on data. You will shape enterprise data vision, modernize analytics on Microsoft Fabric, and translate transformation into profitability and client value.

Lead a data organization and partner with the C-suite. The role requires leading Fabric adoption, Azure strategy, and the establishment of firm-wide data standards to sustain long-term analytics maturity

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
18+ years of experience leading enterprise data and analytics, with a hands-on strategy track record.
5+ years in a senior leadership role influencing C-suite on data investments and strategy.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise data and analytics strategy end-to-end with the C-suite and operations.
Lead modernization to a Fabric-based Lakehouse architecture and governance standards.
Shape Azure/Microsoft ecosystem strategy balancing performance, cost, and scalability.
Establish firm-wide KPIs and an executive analytics experience for leadership decisions.
Set data governance, security, and risk posture including SOX and GDPR.
Consolidate data into a single trusted platform and build a high-performing data team.
