Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics Strategy to define how a billion-dollar firm competes on data. You will set the enterprise data vision, modernize analytics on Microsoft Fabric, and translate transformation into strategy, profitability, and client value.

The role reports to executive leadership and partners across the firm. The ideal candidate has led Fabric modernization at enterprise scale and will shape the firm's data governance, KPI framework, and analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
18+ years of experience in enterprise data leadership at large/complex organizations.
5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP) with C-suite influence on data strategy. Demonstrated Microsoft Fabric adoption/modernization.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise data and analytics strategy end-to-end with multi-year vision and roadmap.
Lead modernization of legacy platforms to Fabric-based lakehouse architecture and establish data standards.
Shape Azure and Microsoft ecosystem strategy balancing performance and cost.
Establish firm-wide KPIs and an executive analytics experience for leadership decisions.
Set data governance and risk posture including SOX, GDPR compliance.
Consolidate data into a single trusted platform for analytics and AI initiatives.
Build and mentor a high-performing data organization.
