Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks a Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics Strategy to define and drive the enterprise data vision for a billion-dollar firm. You will modernize analytics on Microsoft Fabric, collaborate with the C-suite, and translate strategy into profitable client value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
18+ years of experience in enterprise data and analytics leadership, including enterprise-level strategy.
5+ years in a senior leadership role within financial or professional services, with MS Fabric modernization experience.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise data and analytics strategy end-to-end with C-suite alignment.
Lead modernization of legacy platforms to a Fabric-based Lakehouse architecture.
Shape Azure and Microsoft ecosystem strategy balancing performance, cost, and scale.
Establish firm-wide KPIs and an executive analytics experience for leadership decisions.
Set data governance and risk posture including SOX, GDPR, and audit controls.
Consolidate data into a single trusted platform for future analytics and AI initiatives.
Build and mentor a high-performing data organization and ensure executive accountability.
