Edible Arrangements seeks a Director of Corporate Gifting to lead direct national and enterprise accounts from first contact to close, and to build a scalable sales organization.

Based at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters, you will own the gifting revenue, coach a high-performing team, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure a white-glove experience for high-value customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B sales
• Proven record of closing and growing enterprise or national accounts
• Building direct customer relationships and revenue
• Experience leading sales teams while selling
• Experience selling to HR, procurement and executive offices
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting and CRM-driven reporting
• Solid business acumen around pricing, margins and profitability

Responsibilities

• Own corporate gifting revenue: set targets, forecast and deliver the number.
• Personally sell to national and enterprise accounts, closing large deals.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, while carrying your own book of business.
• Grow accounts beyond first order with employee recognition and gifting programs.
• Deliver a white-glove experience for high-value customers with Operations alignment.
• Run a disciplined pipeline with scalable sales processes across markets.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance on pricing and margins.
