Qualifications

• Experience driving franchise sales and ownership transfers.
• Strong understanding of Franchise Development processes, including FDD compliance.
• Ability to build trust with prospective franchisees and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective franchisees, presenting benefits and opportunities of the Edible brand.
• Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process from first contact to agreement signing.
• Incorporate the mission and core values of Edible Brands throughout the sales process.
• Prioritize building trust and rapport with potential franchisees, addressing questions clearly.
• Nurture relationships with existing franchisees and support expansion plans.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on sales action plans and pipeline progress.
• Attend national franchisee events, expos, and trade shows to generate leads.
• Stay informed on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
