Job summary

Edible Arrangements is seeking a Director of Corporate Gifting to lead direct, first-party corporate relationships and build a scalable gifting program from our Atlanta-area corporate office. You will own revenue, close major accounts, and grow a dedicated team while personally managing key enterprise deals.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in B2B sales, strong pipeline and CRM discipline, and a track record of profitable growth in corporate gifting or related B2B consumer goods environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B sales.
• Proven record of personally closing and growing enterprise or national accounts.
• Experience leading sales teams while staying hands-on in selling.
• Experience selling to HR, procurement and executive offices, including large orders.
• Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting and CRM-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate gifting revenue: set targets, build forecast and deliver the number.
• Personally sell to national and enterprise accounts, leading largest deals from first contact to close.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, coaching while carrying your own book of business.
• Grow accounts beyond the first order through employee recognition, client appreciation, holidays and year-round gifting.
• Deliver a white-glove experience for high-value customers, coordinating with Operations for fulfillment quality.
• Run a disciplined pipeline with scalable sales processes across markets and franchises.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to support growth through pricing and margins.
